Meet our Team

The European Branded Clothing Association is composed by a growing and enthusiastic team

ISABELLE MAURIZI

Director General

Isabelle Maurizi holds the position of Director General of EBCA since July 2024. Prior to joining EBCA, she evolved in numerous European associations and textile company where she developed her expertise in sustainability, trade and textile policy-making. Isabelle holds a Master of Arts in European Affairs from Sciences-Po Aix and a Master of Sciences in Environmental Risks Analysis at King’s College London. She speaks French and English.

ARTHUR FAURE

Policy Officer (Sustainability)

Arthur leads EBCA’s work on sustainability topics, from circularity to eco-design for the textile and apparel sector. He studied European Affairs at Sciences Po Grenoble in France and worked across multiple public affairs consultancies and NGOs before joining EBCA in April 2026. His experience gives him a solid experience in sustainability policy and policymaking. He speaks French and English fluently, and likes to practice speaking in Italian.

Guillaume Leman

Policy Officer (Trade)

Guillaume joined EBCA in September 2025. He is a French national with a Master’s degree in European Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from Université de Lille. He brings experience representing reputable many consumer goods on key policy issues including trade, consumer protection, intellectual property, and online platforms. Guillaume oversees the Trade Committee focusing on free trade agreement, customs and responsible business conduct.

NOA ZEMMOUR

POLICY & COMMS INTERN

Noa is a French law graduate.  She completed a Master’s degree in Environmental Law in Paris, deepening her knowledge of French environmental regulations.  She then pursued a specialised Master’s degree in European Law in Brussels. During her studies, she undertook a one-month internship at the European Commission. This experience reinforced her desire to work at the EU level, supporting companies in understanding, complying with and benefiting from the EU environmental regulatory framework.
