EBCA WELCOMES THE DEAL FOR A NEW UNION CUSTOMS CODE (UCC)

The European Branded Clothing Association (EBCA) welcomes last Thursday's great announcement that the European Parliament and Council have successfully reached a deal on a major reform of the EU Customs Code. EBCA has been a consistent supporter of the revision since its proposal and remains committed to engaging with EU institutions on these matters to ensure a level playing field, thereby allowing businesses and citizens to fully benefit from a well-functioning Single Market.
