Stakeholder groups make recommendations on corporate sustainability due diligence

On 19 January, EBCA allied with 27 like-minded stakeholder organisations to put out a statement to raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges inherent to the EU regulatory framework on corporate sustainability due diligence. The cross-sectoral alliance made seven key recommendations to regulators in the European Parliament and Council to ensure proportionality and effectiveness in the EU’s future legal framework.
